Message	Is it true that in SoCAL they are training cops to be familiar with aftermarket parts on imports? I read two old articles the other day, and I cant remember what tv show it was on, maybe COPS. They had caught some kids at a street race in San Diego. And they could not place them at the scene, but where going to do a vehicle inspection on the side of the road. They were going to give tickets and fines and possible tow vehicles because they had cold air intakes, aftermarket exhausts, and modified body kits. But is this true, can they give you a ticket for modding your car?
